How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer samples of your teas?

What is your return policy for food products?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if there is an issue with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
